Parts Service Supervisor
We are looking for a well-experienced Parts Service Supervisor for Richmond Hill Toyota, located at 11240 Yonge Street, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 1K9, Canada. You may be required to work at other locations in the region.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Parts Manager in managing all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, stocking, and ordering of automotive parts and accessories.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of parts department personnel, including assigning tasks, training staff, and monitoring performance.
- Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of parts to service technicians and retail customers.
- Monitor parts inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize obsolescence.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, transactions, and supplier information.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints regarding parts sales and service.
- Assist in maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the parts department.
- Provide support to the Parts Manager in daily operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary (High) School completion
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 34.10 to $ 38.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive parts management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
