Position Info:
- Position: Pet Grooming Salon Manager
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $26.50 ~$30.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 1
- Work Location: 2635 W 4th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6K 1P8

Job Duties:
- Implement or establish policies and procedures for the staff
- keep records of client services
- Oversee salon cleanliness and maintenance
- Organize, plan, direct, oversee, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns
- Hire, train and supervise all dog groomers and salon employees, ensuring they complete all training requirements
- Perform grooming services to breed standards and to client's personal preferences and hold the groomers to the same standards
- Must be able to groom dogs from start to finish and breed clips
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of grooming experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
