Job Brief
Venus Plumbing Ltd is looking for an experienced Plumber to efficiently undertake a variety of plumbing tasks associated with heating, cooling, water networks and sanitation systems in residential and commercial areas.
Responsibilities
- Interpret Blueprints and building specifications to plan layout for pipes, drainage systems
- Install, repair and replace pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets
- Measure, Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes using hand and power tools in accordance to existing infrastructure
- Join and weld pipes using clamps, screws, bolts or cement
- Locate and repair issues with water supply lines
- Install and maintain Heating and cooling systems such as air conditioning or radiators
- Keep records, prepare cost estimates and establish detailed work reports
- Use specialized techniques, equipment or materials while performing and working with special piping used in microchip fabrication
Requirements
- Requirements
• Previous two to three years of related experience and completion of secondary school is required.
• Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems and appliances
• Ability to stand, crouch and kneel for long periods of time
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment’s
• Successful completion of Secondary School
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
