Innovative Talent Solutions Inc. dba Kontingence Recruitment is looking for an experienced and highly motivated, Permanent, Full-time RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST who could join with us immediately. As a Recruitment Specialist at our Company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal of fulfilling our clients' hiring needs. Your position will play a crucial part in helping the Company stay competitive. The details are given below.

Work Location:  65 Church Street South, Ajax, ON L1S 6A7

 

Position:  RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

Position Available: ONE (1)

Compensation: $29.74 per hour

Hours per week: 30 hours per week

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

 

Job duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications.
  • Develop recruitment goals and objectives 
  • Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
  • Source passive candidates
  • Search resume databases for the fittest candidates
  • Communicate with Engagement Managers
  • Determine the effectiveness and success of current recruiting plans and strategies
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and on terms and conditions of employment
  • Write and proofread job descriptions
  • Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
  • Use a multi-channel approach to recruit
  • Evaluate which sources bring the best candidates
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Interview candidates following the company’s rules and regulations
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers and contracts
  • Creating, maintaining and developing a portfolio of new and existing clients
  • Determine eligibility and arrange staff training

 

Required Skills Qualifications:

  • Completion of Bachelors’ Degree is required
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience is required.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to learn and execute against innovative sourcing strategies
