CarZone Motors Ltd is currently looking for 1 Procedures and methods manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Job Duties:

Provide direction to staff, advise them providing innovative suggestions and ensure to provide better customer satisfaction
Make sure the employees develop the required skills, so the company leads to growth.
Give guidance on handling the client issues and provide support and advise to the team.
Focus on the plans to be made and looking for growth of company’s finances and control the budgets
Help the staff and maintain high standards assuring to have maximum client satisfaction
Train and supervise the staff to lead best results
Develop action plans, provide awareness in response to client needs and make sure best standards of services are delivered to clients.

Job Requirement:

A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a field related to the business service provided is required.
Minimum 2 years of related experience at increasing levels of responsibility is required.

Skills Requirement:

Wage: $33.95 per hour for 40 hours per week
