Job Description:
Saaya Properties Ltd. DBA Ricky’s Café is looking for one full-time permanent Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.
Job Duties:
· Assist the Manager with all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operation.
· Respond efficiently to customer complaints in the absence of Manager.
· Plan, organize and co-ordinate the daily operations of the restaurant.
· Anticipate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products. Ensure that all equipment is working properly and is in good repair.
· Prepare weekly schedules. Organize and supervise shifts after Restaurant Manager’s approval.
· Perform other related duties as required
Employment requirements:
• Completion of secondary education is must.
• 1-2 years of related experience is required.
