Job Description:

• Plan, organize, direct, control, evaluate and manage daily operations
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices under direction of General Manager
• Ensure customer service and satisfaction; address customers' complaints and concerns
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Provide high quality hiring, training, communicating and support of employees
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• At least two years of related experience at increasing levels of responsibility are required.
• Excellent time management and people management skills.
• Self-motivated, results driven, prefers to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Outstanding team player with excellent work ethic.
• Effective interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
