Sushi Town Japanese Restaurant is seeking for F/T Restaurant Cooks.

Position: Restaurant Cook
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $17~$20/hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepares an extensive variety of foods utilizing standardized recipes
• Estimate food requirement and costs
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Always maintain the food prep area and kitchen cleaned and sanitized
• Observe food service areas including kitchen
• May involve in training staffs in preparation, handling and cooking of food
• May involve in recruitment and hiring of new staffs

Educational Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary school

Experience Requirements:

• 2~ 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required.

Language Requirements:

• English
