V.S.S. FOOD SERVICES INC. Located at Unit 178, 1440 52 ST NE, Calgary, Alberta, T2A 4T8 is looking for full-time/Permanent Restaurant Manager to join the company as soon as possible.
Position Available: 01
Salary: $21.00/hour
Benefits: Relocation Cost covered by the employer.
JOB DUTIES:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant, bar, cafeteria or other food or beverage service
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.
Job Requirements:
• Some secondary school education is an asset.
• 2 to less than 3 year of experience in relevant field is required.
