KAYA Sushi + Grill (Kaya Sushi and Grill Ltd.) in Kelowna, BC seeks a full-time, Permanent Restaurant Manager.
Compensation; $25.00 – $30.00/hr
Hours;30-40 hours / week
Ability to work on evenings and weekends
Benefits; 10 days of paid vacation per year

Job Requirements;
- Completion of secondary school education
- Minimum 3 years of experience of commercial restaurant as a Restaurant Manager
- English required
Job Duties;
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Provide customer service
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
