Sushi Story is looking for a Restaurant Manager.
Position: Restaurant Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $20 ~ $24/hr (depending on experience)
Working Hour: 30 – 40 hours/week
Benefits:
· 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
· Oversee the entire day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department
· Purchase kitchen supplies and ingredients
· Recruit and hire staff
· Manage and train kitchen staff and set staff work schedules
· Maintain the safety and sanitation of the restaurant
· Handle customer complaints and questions according to provided guidelines
· Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients
· Negotiate price, delivery, payment and other arrangements with restaurant suppliers
Experience requirements:
· 2-3 years of experience in food preparation or service is required.
Educational Requirements:
· Secondary School
Language Requirements:
· English
