KT Korean Restaurant Ltd. (Korean BBQ Gui) in Kamloops, BC is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager.
The position is a permanent, full-time position.
Experience and Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of experiences in restaurant managerial role
● Completion of secondary school
● Willing to work evenings and weekends
● English Require
Job Responsibilities
● Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
● Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
● Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
● Address customers' complaints or concerns
● Recruit, train and supervise staff
● Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
● Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
● Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
● Provide customer service
Work Location – 1801 Princeton Kamloops HWY suite 408, Kamloops, British Columbia, V2E 2J7
Wage – $25.00 – $28.00/hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
Working Hours – 30-40 hours per week
