Mr. Bro Enterprise Ltd. dba Mr. Bro Korean Bistro & Izakaya is looking for a full time permanent Restaurant Manager to join the team as soon as possible.
Job Details
Location: 8580 Alexandra Road suite 2000, Richmond, British Columbia V6X 4B3
Wage: $26.44 – $28.00 / hour (To be negotiated)
Vacancies: 1
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Duties
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
