Are you passionate about hospitality, Indian cuisine, and wine culture? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant located at a stunning winery in the heart of Oliver, BC.

Our winery is known for its exceptional wines and breathtaking views of the Okanagan. Our restaurant complements this experience by offering authentic flavors crafted with the finest ingredients. Together, we create an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates both culinary and winemaking excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and seamless coordination with winery activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of servers, chefs, and support staff.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supply orders to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Plan and execute special events, wine-pairing dinners, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Build relationships with customers and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager,
- High School completion & English Language is a must
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine pairing and service.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive revenue.
- High level of organizational and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for hospitality, Indian cuisine, and creating memorable experiences.
