Responsibilities
Tasks
- Co-ordinate administrative services Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services Interview, hire and provide training for staff Manage knowledge
- Supervise office and volunteer staff Prepare and submit progress and other reports Schedule events, programs and activities Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations Assist clients/guests with special needs Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery Schedule work
