0898212 BC Ltd dba Big Rock Garage Restaurant & Lounge in Campbell River BC location needs 1 Permanent Full Time Restaurant manager.

Salary $36.60 per hour , 6 hours per day , 5 days a week , flexible shift schedule , 2 days flexible days off .

Work schedules are expected to be shift 6 hours , depending on the business operation, these shifts will continuously vary from Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Overtime, Weekend, Flexible hours.

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks

·         Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

·         Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

·         Conduct performance reviews

·         Cost products and services

·         Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations

·         Organize and maintain inventory

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·         Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities

·         Participate in marketing plans and implementation

·         Address customers' complaints or concerns

·         Provide customer service

·         Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
