Benkey Sushi in Aldergrove, British Columbia is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager. The position is a permanent, full-time position.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in restaurant managerial role
- Completion of secondary school
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- English Require
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Provide customer service
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
Work Location – 27520 Fraser Hwy. Aldergrove, BC, V4W 3N5
Wage – $25.00 – $28.00/hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
Working Hours – 30-40 hours per week
Benefits –10 days of paid vacation per year
