Pepper Shack Restaurant located at 14-143 Clarence street, Brampton ON.L6W1T2 is
looking for a Food service Supervisor to perform following job duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Supervise and check assembly of trays.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma
Experience : Minimum 1 year or more of relevant work experience
Working hours: 40 hours a week/ 5 days a week
Overtime: 1.5 times after 44 hours
