Job Duties: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensure great customer service, and lead a team to create a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food

Establish work schedules and ensure procedures are followed

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and health procedures 

Supervise and check that staff are providing excellent service 

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Restock supplied using first in first out inventory system as needed

Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Ensure that restaurant is clean at all times 

Other duties that apply

 

Job Requirements: 

1 year supervisor experience or 3 years restaurant experience 

Punctual 

Attention to detail 

Strong math skills 

Great customer service skills 

Able to deal with difficult customers 

Reliable and dedicated to excellence
