Car Zone Motors Ltd. Located at 12872 King George BLVD is looking for permanent and full time Retail Sales Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

Job type: Permanent/Full-Time
Salary: $31.55/Hour
Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the company
• Manage staff and assign duties to staff.
• Determine customer demand, potential sales volume and effect of competitor’s operations
• Implement price and credit policies
• Source and negotiate with vendors
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures and monitor revenues
• Provide customer service and respond to customer request and complaints.
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff
How to Apply
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service being sold may be required.
- Several years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.
