Retail Customer Service Supervisor
HANNAM Supermarket Inc. dba HANNAM Supermarket Burnaby in Burnaby, BC is looking for a skilled and experienced Full-time, Permanent Retail Customer Service Supervisor.
Conditions:
- Position: Retail Customer Service Supervisor (NOC 6211)
- Working hours: 30 hours per week (Shifted schedule)
- Wage: $21.00 per hour
- Vacation: 4% gross salary
- Benefit: Extended Medical Benefits after 6 months of employment
- Positions Available: 1
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- 2-3 years of experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk or cashier is required.
- Language; English

Job Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of customer service staff and cashiers.
- Assign customer service staffs and cashiers to duties and establish and prepare work schedules.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and complaints.
- Maintain and control the inventories such as goods and items, records of stock, and wastage.
- Ensure to maintain clean and modern image of the store.
- Train staffs in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and monitor and report performances.
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
