Car Match Auto Group Inc is seeking for full-time/permanent Retail Sales Manager.
Position: Retail Sales Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $30.29 – $40.00/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Benefits:
• 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Manage and guide sales staff to improve sales performance
- Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
- Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters, and compile regular report
- Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of salespeople
Job requirements:
- 2~3 years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility is required.
Educational Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to the product or service is an asset.
Language Requirements:
