Description
Dhaliwal Bakery Ltd. is currently seeking a Permanent, Full time Retail Sales Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Implement price and credits policies
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- University degree or college diploma may be an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required.
Salary: $31.00/hour
