Job Type – Full-Time , Permanent
Wages- 16 to 20 $ per Hour
Hours – 35 to 40 Hours Per Week
Education Requirement – High School
Work Experience – 1 year of supervisor experience is preferred
No Of Vaccancy – 2
Start Date – As Soon As Possible
Vacation – 2 week per year
Job Responsibily :-
Supervise and manage the sales team and cashiers
Delegate tasks to sales staff and create work schedules
Approve transactions, including payments and merchandise returns
Address and resolve issues, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Monitor inventory levels and place orders for merchandise
Generate reports on sales performance, merchandising, and staffing matters
Recruit, train, and evaluate new sales employees
Ensure the store’s visual appeal is maintained, including displays, signage, and cleanliness
May carry out tasks similar to those of the staff being supervised
May take on keyholder and managerial responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store, handling escalated complaints, developing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
