Job Location: Southland Mall, Unit 126A-2965 Gordon Road, Regina, SK S4S 6H7
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Shifts, including weekends
Salary: $22.00 per hour

Skills Requirements:

  • Good command of English
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in retail sales is required
  • Supervisory experience is an asset
  • Education: Secondary school diploma

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate sales staff
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Assign duties to sales workers
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Monitor sales reports and manage merchandise orders
  • Authorize payments and process returns
  • Assist in selling merchandise
  • Ensure compliance with mall regulations
