Description
RJ Liquor Ltd. is currently looking for a Permanent, full-time Retail Store Manager to join their team as soon as possible.
Main Duties:
- Implement and develop marketing strategies.
- Manage the staff and assign them duties.
- Resolve the issues and problems arriving at the stores for the customers and staff.
- Oversee the hiring of the staff and train them.
- Set goals and ensure they have been accomplished by the staff.
- Study market trends and ensure product availability according to the demand in the market.
- Plan, direct and control daily operations of the stores.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of university degree or college diploma in business administration will be an asset.
- Minimum two years of work experience as a manager is required.
Salary: $37.15/hour
