Conditions
- Position; Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 6211)
- Full Time & Permanent Job, 30-40 hours / week (shifted schedule)
- Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
- Wage: $21.00 /hour
- Vacation: 4% gross salary
- Benefit: Dental benefit and Vision Insurance

Job Requirements
- Completion of Secondary school
- Minimum 7 months of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk or cashier or rental agent is required
- English is required
Job Duties
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staffs
- Assign cashiers, sales staffs and rental agents to duties and prepare work schedules
- Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff
- Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
