Description
Master Convenience Store dba 0777553 B.C.Ltd., located at 9587 128St, Surrey, BC, V3V 6J2 is looking for Retail Store supervisor to manage the stores.
Position: Full time
Wage: $20.20/hour ( Relocation cost will be covered by the employer)
Duties :
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers.
Prepare work schedules and assign duties to sales persons.
Authorize payments.
Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Maintain inventory.
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes and personnel.
Hire and train new sales staff and do their performance review.
Maintain store displays, signage and cleanliness.
Sometimes perform key holding duties if required, such as opening and closing the store.
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school will be an asset.
1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
