Retail Store Supervisor
Q Mart located in Fort St. John, BC is looking for two experienced, Full-Time Permanent Retail Store Supervisors.
Conditions
- Position; Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 6211)
- Full Time & Permanent Job, 30-40 hours / week (shifted schedule)
- Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
- Wage: $20.50 /hour
- Vacation: 10 days paid vacation/year or 4% gross salary

Job Requirements
- Completion of Secondary school
- Minimum 6 months of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk or cashier is required
- English is required.
Job Duties
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of worker
- Assign cashiers to duties and prepare work schedules
- Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Hire and train or arrange for the training of new staff
- Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
- Sell merchandise to customers
