Global Wireless Solutions Inc. located in Etobicoke is seeking a driven and hardworking employee to join our team for the role of a Retail Store supervisor. 

We are seeking an individual interested in helping maintain our company’s customer service and operations while ensuring business growth. As Retail Store supervisor, you will build, develop and maintain customer relations within the community, ensure store success and help ensure all company procedures and policies are up to standards.

Main responsibilities

·      Make work schedules and assist in assigning duties to work staff

·      Identify and address customer needs to maintain and increase customer satisfaction

·      Authorize return of merchandise 

·      Establish customer relationships

·      Hire, train and supervise employees on company procedures/policies 

·      Prepare and submit reports 

·      Organize and maintain inventory as needed

·      Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Education

·      Successfully completed a Bachelor’s Degree

Qualification/Experience

·      2 years to less than 3 years of work experience 

Languages 

·      Must be proficient in English

·       Ability to work under pressure

Salary and Benefits

·       An hourly rate of $18.00

·       Paid time off (Vacation and personal/sick days)
