Retail Store Supervisor

Garden Fresh Food & Grocery Ltd located at 6529 Fraser St, Vancouver, B.C, V5X 3T4 is now hiring a Retail Store

Supervisor for a full time and permanent position.( Even though this is full-time position we encourage part time job

seekers to apply as well). Salary is $26.50 per hour and no. of hours are 40 per week.

Job Description:

Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers

Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise

Sell merchandise to customers

Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints andsupply shortages

Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising andpersonnel matters

Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.

Employment requirements:

Completion of secondary school is usually required. Previous 1-2year retail sales experience as a

retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashier is required.
