Job Duties:
Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments and the return of merchandise
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
Provide weekly reports on cannabis inventory
Maintain a clean and safe environment for all employees and customers
As a supervisor, major responsibility is to place orders for the products weekly and make sure that the customer’s demands are met.
It is important to check the existing stock to make sure everything is in required compliance.
Making schedule for the team of associates is also another key responsibility which has to be done with cordial communication with the staff.
Sometimes the products might not be up to the mark and may require to be exchanged. As supervisor, the policy is to return the existing product and provide with a new product in exchange.
Also making sure all employees are complaint with the job role like checking ID at the entrance, providing with formal information and educating customers, etc.
