Retail Store Supervisor – TATAK PINOY FOOD STORE
Location: 26 Midlake Blvd SE Calgary, AB T2X 2X7

Salary: $19.75 hourly for 35 hours per week
Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Day, Morning
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in the related field
Work Setting: Retail business
Workers Supervised: Retail salespersons and sales clerks
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Attention to detail; Standing for extended periods
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people
Personal Suitability: Effective interpersonal skills; Flexibility; Accurate; Team player; Excellent oral communication; Client focus; Reliability; Organized
Specific Skills
- Sell merchandise; Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters;
- Authorize return of merchandise;
- Assign sales workers to duties;
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers;
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Additional Skills: Order merchandise; Establish work schedules
