At this time Dreamcatcher Convenience is seeking to employ a Retail Store Supervisor to supervise the day to day operations and to ensure that the store runs effectively. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, accurate, pay attention to detail, possess effective interpersonal skills, possess excellent oral communication, be client focused, a team player, and reliable. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, adhering to tight deadlines, and handling heavy loads.

MAIN JOB DUTIES
Assign sales workers to duties
Sell merchandise
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise
Establish work schedules
Supervise Cashiers

Ability to supervise 5 – 10 people
