RETAIL STORE SUPERVISOR
Oceans Retail Investments Inc is looking for a Retail Store Supervisor for our location in Abbotsford, BC.
The right candidate will perform the following duties:
• Oversee the daily store operations and supervise the retail sales staff and cashiers.
• Prepare work schedules for staff
• Authorize payments and process the return of merchandise.
• Resolve customer and associate complaints and other issues.
• Maintain inventory and order merchandise as needed.
• Coordinate with management to improve the store’s efficiency
• Ensure that excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Prepare reports to management regarding the store’s sales, inventory, and other matters that concern the business.
• Train the staff to meet the store’s needs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
The retail store supervisor will have a completion of high school and a minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
Wages: $ 21.00/hr. for 40 hrs. per week.
Work setting: gas station/store
Work Location: Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford, BC
