Position Info:

• Position: Auto Body Technician – Collision
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $30.00~$33.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 225 East 2^nd Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5T 1B6

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Examine the damage report and estimates of repair cost and devise a plan for the necessary repairs
• Install front end components, body components, doors and frame and underbody components
• Keep the workspace clean and maintained
• Prepare auto body surface for painting by masking and taping
• Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields and sunroofs
• Apply primers and repaint surfaces
• Inspect repaired vehicles and test drive them to ensure proper handling

 

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2 ~3 years of work experience in automotive technology are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
