Sales Analyst – Product and Business Development

Primary Job Duties of This Role:

Monitor revenue streams from various LED & Lighting channels and identifies opportunities to increase profitability by integrating market research feedback with product design reiterations

Design market research questionnaires, conduct market research and analyze data on buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers

Identify and brainstorm new product opportunities based on LED marketing research, draft proposals with data driven approach

Plan and lead product development projects, coordinate supplies and sales, follow up on customer reviews and perform competitor analysis to increase market share

Track and evaluate sales data through various marketing campaigns, design new campaigns with the marketing manager to expand market share and brand awareness of ecoboka

Maintain sales record in the business management system, manage logistics, customer relationship and propose new technology implementation to management

Fosters beneficial relationships with downstream commercial constructor, real estate companies, potential clients, and business contacts to look for new sales leads constantly

Liaise with sales, inventory, financial and management functions to align business development strategies

Perform statistical analysis, provide reporting presentations, and work with managers to implement product development and marketing strategies
Stay current on lighting industry trends and regulatory changes, promptly revise forecasts and projection models to support better business decision-making
Review performance results against history benchmarks, prepare accurate reports for management and make recommendations for product and business improvement

Minimum Qualifications We Look For:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized educational institution in business, accounting, and related fields, Master’s degree is a plus
Minimum three years of professional experience in market research, business development support, business program delivery and management, strategy consulting or similar role
Knowledge of information technology systems, Overseas business development consulting experience would be considered an asset
Previous experience in delivering product development and marketing model optimization programs or similar projects is preferred
Experience in market research, data sourcing, and analysis of real estate markets and related sectors, including construction and finishing, is preferred
Solid interpersonal and organizational skills; be an excellent problem solver with attention to detail and can manage multiple projects accordingly to meet deadlines
