Hi End Protection Group Inc.is currently looking for 1 Security Supervisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis (NOC 6361)
Job Duties:
- Assign and review the work of security guards.
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities.
- Resolve job-related difficulties and compile and submit progress and other reports.
- Recruit and train employees in job responsibilities, safety procedures, and corporate policies.
- Keep an eye on quality and output.
- Obtain supplies and resources through requisition.
- Ensure that computer systems, equipment, and machinery run smoothly, and schedule maintenance and repair work.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary (high) School is required.
- Completion of a training program or apprenticeship in the field is an asset
- Experience of 1 year or more is beneficial
- Certification or licensing is required.
