Wages: $60 per hour, based on $120,000/Annum and 30-44 hours a weeks

ADVANCED IT SOLUTIONS delivers implementations for the ServiceNow Platform providing clients with Functional and technical design and configurations, Discipline and thorough project management, Support in developing test scenarios and support, and Data preparation and migration.
With a focus on reliability and meeting client expectations, ADVANCED IT SOLUTIONS continues to grow and is currently looking for an experienced, ServiceNow Senior IT Consultant to become a part of its fast-growing professional services business. Primary role for this position is the delivery of current services for customers as well as enhancing and growing service delivery capabilities within the company.
The Senior IT Consultant is responsible to support our ServiceNow solutions and consulting services. The Consultant is responsible for providing technical and functional support to customers and partners while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from ServiceNow
• Developing custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development
• Preparing technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required
• Supporting the development and growth of the services delivered by ADVANCED IT SOLUTIONS
• Supporting sales of software and services through demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, and customer presentations
• Delivering projects on customer premise or remotely as required. Most engagements are remote
• Providing value-based assessments and workshops to help the customer maximize business results from ServiceNow software
• Developing quality assurance procedures and tests for the development and improvement of new and existing systems
• Identifying, analyzing and documenting discrepancies and ensure that appropriate adjustments are made
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks on computer systems.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Knowledge in IT Operations Management and Service Management, is critical
• 2-5 years in a consulting position, delivering software implementation engagements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Expertise and/or experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM products are required
• Accreditations / certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator and products such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITSM are preferred
• Experience in multiple application architectures and supporting technologies is preferred
• Knowledge of networking concepts such as IP Addressing, Firewalls, ports.
