JOB DUTIES:
- Creating work schedules for employees and managing staff members.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with co-workers to ensure correct orders are being served.
- Assigning tasks for employees to complete during shifts.
- Monitor stock supplies, maintain reports on inventory, and order new inventory whenever necessary.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and solve the same efficiently.
- Delegating additional responsibilities during busy hours.
- Ensures product quality and all standards are met and maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment.
- Maintain cash accountability reports.
- Implementing employee training curriculum and initiating training for new employees.
