Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Establish work schedules, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Provide customer service, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
