Job Duties:

• Establish Work Schedules and methods to meet them
• Supervise daily shift operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries and complaints and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain high-quality standards by monitoring food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Handle cash register management, daily reconciliations and assist with budgeting and cost control measures.
• Hire and train employees, enforce company policies, and support their growth.
• Prepare reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational issues for management review.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety training, and maintain cleanliness standards
