Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Languages:
Written and Spoken English is required
Duties:
Supervise staff in a team-focused environment
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Take care of all cash handling, deposit and paper work responsibilities
Train and motivate staff
Coach on sanitation and safety procedures
Supervise and check delivery of food
Follow up on Daily Food Safety minimum standard requirements
Handle guest complaints professionally
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Essential Skills:
Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing
