Position Info:
- Position: Dental Laboratory Assistant
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $30.00 – $32.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2

Job Duties:
- Prepare plaster models and moulds using dental impressions
- Prepare wax bite-blocks and impression trays
- Pour and shape gold or metal alloys for bridges and denture bases
- Fill moulds with plastic material to create full or partial dentures
- Shape wax over denture setup to create natural gum contours
- Craft orthodontic bands from various metals such as gold, silver, or stainless steel
- Finalize metal framework of dentures, and polish and buff them to achieve a natural finish
Job requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
