Position: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage:  $14.65 – 18.00 hour (Depending on Experience)

Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Benefits:

·         4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

•      Supervise and co-ordinate staff schedules and procedures

•      Estimate and order ingredients and general supplies

•      Maintain records of supplies and provide reports for planning and operating budgets

•      Train new staff in job duties and procedures

•      Maintain food and service quality up to standards

•      May conduct job interviews and provide an assistance in the policies development

•      Address to customers’ complaints, concerns and feedbacks

Job requirements:

·         1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.

Language requirements:

·         English

Educational Requirements:

•      Completion of secondary school is required
