| Salary offered: | $68,000.00 per annum–The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions. |

| Hours of Work: | 32.5 Hours a week |
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities
- Write, modify, integrate CRM Application with downstream and upstream applications.
- Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and provide recommended solutions.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures for electronic data processing, IT infrastructure, computer systems development and IT operations.
- Installation and Server Maintenance of Siebel CRM Applications.
- Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
- Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements.
- Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.
- Implementing security policies to protect unauthorized access to databases and other critical applications.
Employment Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience configuring, designing and developing software application solutions using Siebel CRM
- Must have proficiency with the software Siebel Workflow Process, Siebel eScript, Integration Objects, Siebel Configuration, Business Component, Business Object, Applets, Views etc.
- Good knowledge of Siebel data model, Experience working with Oracle db, Siebel Order Management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- A college level diploma or bachelor's in technology degree related to computer science, electrical/electronic engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience is required.
