Spa Manager
Stellan Net Applications and Services Ltd. dba Poised Nail Lounge & Spa Yaletown in Vancouver, BC is looking for an experienced, full-time Spa Manager.
Conditions:
- Position: Spa Manager (NOC 0651)
- Full-Time, permanent position, 30-40 hrs/week
- Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
- Hourly Wage: $25.00/hr
- Vacation: 4% gross salary
- Benefit: Extended Medical

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in this position or related field.

Job Duties:
- Manage and co-ordinate activities of staffs and assign staffs to daily job duties
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of nail salon, customer service.
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Manage inventory process
- Plan and control budget and inventory
