Rejuvenating Body Spa Service Inc. dba Rejuvenating Body Spa is seeking F/T Spa Manager.
Position: Spa Manager
Number of Position: 1
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma is required
- Two to three years of practical experience as a spa esthetician or related field
Language Requirement: English
Start date: ASAP
Wage: $29.50/hour
Hours: 30-40h/week
Benefits: 4% of gross pay as vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Establish work schedules
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Prepare monthly sales reports, merchandising and personnel matters
- Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
- Authorize payment by cash, cheque, credit card or debit card
- Perform the duties as a spa esthetician
- Hire, train and supervise staff
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
