Gratia Bakery & Cafe in Maple Ridge, BC is looking for an experienced Specialty foods baker. The position is a permanent, full-time position.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in Specialty foods baker role
- Completion of secondary school
- English Require
Work Location – 22225 Dewdney Trunk Rd, Maple Ridge, BC, V2X 3H8
Wage – $14.50 – $18.00/hour (wage to be determined depend on experience and skills)
Working Hours – 35-40 hours per week
Position Available – 2 Positions
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Prepare special orders
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Operate machinery
