Description
Yuxin Global Health Management Ltd is dedicated to providing qualify Chinese traditional health feet massage and acupunctural service to the customers. We are seeking a full-time store manager to manage its business operation based in Port Moody store.
Main duties
· Manage the store daily operation and cash flow management;
· Establish a budget plan and control the expenses for equipment and supplies;
· Monitor the inventory and order products and supplies;
· Organize employee’s shift, considering peak times and seasonality;
· Recruit, train, and evaluate the staff;
· Manage the marketing strategies to ensure the profitability;
· Implement promotional activities to attract more customers;
· Develop hygiene and safety regulations on site and supervise the enforcement;
Employment Requirements
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints
· Good marketing promotion and management experience · Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
· Second language is asset
Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $32 per hour
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Benefits: Vacation leave 10 days per year
